Family and hospitality
Two generations with a renewed love for cooking
For more than 50 years, the Schiffini family has devoted itself to dining and hospitality. First Vanda and Renato, followed by their children Barbara and Alessandro, who love cooking and are grateful to practise the most beautiful profession in the world.
Fifty years in business is an important milestone. Half a century in which the story of an entire family has evolved across generations: a journey that has sometimes been steep and challenging, always guided by passion, love for their land, hard work, hospitality and the desire to build something real with dedication, commitment, humility, sacrifice and enthusiasm.
